How it works:

  • We'll set a brief consultation phone call where we discuss your issue or what you'd like to learn.

  • Create an appointment at either the library or a wi-fi enabled location.

  • $30 for the first half-hour, $15 for any half-hour after that.

Below are some examples of what I have experience with:

  • Operating systems: Windows & Mac

  • Devices: Laptops, smartphones, tablets, cameras (photo and movie), SmartTechnology, cameras.

  • Apps: Mail app, OverDrive (library app), Kindle app, etc

  • Software: Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc), Pages, Adobe software (including Acrobat, Photoshop, Premiere), pre-installed Apple (mac) programs.

  • Other Programs: Skype, WhatsApp, Pandora, Spotify, iTunes, Safari, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Netflix, Hulu, etc

  • Social Media: Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Twitter, Pinterest.

  • General technology questions: how to text, how to fill out an application online, how to send yourself pictures, etc. Don’t see what you’re looking for? Call and ask anyway! These are just a few examples.

Please note that this service does not handle hardware problems (such as broken or malfunctioning devices).
